Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding procedure of new employees
  • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of required forms and documents.
  • Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits, including leave balances and insurance coverage.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits and provide timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, including employee information, time and attendance, and other HR-related data.
  • Prepare and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Generate reports and prepare documents related to HR metrics, employee data, and HR activities.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR compliance initiatives, including updating HR policies and procedures as needed to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • MBA (HR)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
