Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of required
forms and documents.
Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application
codes.
Maintain accurate records of employee benefits, including
leave balances and insurance coverage.
Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits and provide
timely resolution.
Maintain and update HR databases, including employee
information, time and attendance, and other HR-related data.
Prepare and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring
compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Generate reports and prepare documents related to HR metrics,
employee data, and HR activities.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies
and procedures.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Assist with HR compliance initiatives, including updating HR
policies and procedures as needed to ensure compliance with
applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
MBA (HR)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build
relationships with employees at all levels of the
organization.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a
fast-paced environment.
