Develop, implement, and coordinate training programs in
accordance with company’s curriculum and learning objectives.
Collaborate with developers/Subject Matter Experts (SME) to
ensure that course materials, assignments, and assessments are
up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
Manage scheduling of courses and ensuring that all logistics
are in place.
Oversee the registration process for students, including
managing enrolment, tracking attendance, and maintaining
accurate records.
Provide support to SMEs and students to resolve any issues or
concerns related to program content, assignments, or
assessments.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make
recommendations for improvements to enhance the learning
experience.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in
technology field to ensure that program content remains
relevant and aligned with industry standards.
Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as
marketing and admissions, to promote programs and leverage
enrolments.
Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports,
maintaining program documentation, and managing course-related
resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering
(preferred), or a related field.
UpToDate knowledge in emerging technologies.
Proven experience in course development, coordination, and
administration, preferably in an educational or training
setting.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to work collaboratively with students, and other
stakeholders.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate
records and documentation.
Ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements, and to
work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other
instructional technology tools.
Knowledge of industry certifications and credentials related
to computer programming is a plus.
